Agatha Christie comes to life in Clearwater

​The Clearwater Public Library will be hosting a very special event – A live historical portrayal of Agatha Christie. Attendees will witness a historical portrayal where they will be taken back in time during a book signing.

To those who don’t know, Agatha Christie is THE best-selling fiction author of all time. She has only ever been outsold by Shakespeare.  Having published 85 books in her lifetime, it’s estimated that she has had 4 billion sales.

According to agathachristie.com “She is best known for her 66 detective novels and 14 short story collections, as well as the world’s longest-running play – The Mousetrap.” Her stories have inspired many film and TV adaptations. You may recognize some of them –  The ABC Murders, Murder on the Orient Express, and Death on the Nile to name a few.

Nan Colton will be portraying Agatha at the Clearwater Main Library Thursday, October 28th @ 2:00PM.
