Tampa is starting off the year strong by being named Forbes #1 best place to live in Florida. If you’re local to the area, this probably comes as no surprise – Tampa is full of business opportunities, extracurricular activities, city events and more! As far as Forbes is concerned, they rated each city in Florida based on several factors, some of the main ones included population, median home price, and community well-being score. First, there are several pristine beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. The area is also home to major sports teams, history museums, platforms promoting the arts and impressive public transportation options. Armature Works

A top destination for foodies, this is a 73,000 square foot warehouse that is home to dozens of places to eat as well as having multiple bars. In the main shared space you can find all sorts of different types of food in a more food-truck style. While on the exterior of their building there are also traditional restaurants.
